Comparative analysis of the fatty acid composition of raw material of rye (Khamarka variety) and barley (Shedevr variety) of Ukrainian selection

Introduction. Sowing rye (Secale cereale L.) and common barley (Hordéum vulgáre are annual herbaceous plants of the Poaceae family, they widely cultivated in many countries around world as cereals fodder crops. Sufficient raw material base sowing makes them promising sources for new drugs.
 Materials methods. The fatty acid composition lipophilic fractions seeds, stems leaves (Khamarka variety) (Shedevr was studied by gas chromatography.
 Results. As a result study, quantitative content 14 acids barley, 13 – 12 both types seeds identified established.
